Sometimes all you need is someone to support and believe in you in your journey to fitness and good health. I love to motivate and inspire women who are committed to becoming the best version of themselves. And ageing well is so important.

At Lipstick Fitness you’ll join a community of like-minded women who work out together. I believe setting goals is extremely important in fitness as in all areas of life. I will help you to achieve your fitness goals and on the way, we’ll have plenty of positive and encouraging conversations.

Our Lipstick Fitness Outdoor Fitness classes are arranged into different levels to help you achieve your personal health, fitness or adventure goals, and to allow you to progress as your fitness improves or your goals change.

Every new client receives a complimentary pre-screening consultation where we discuss exercise history, fitness testing, goal setting and nutrition.

Lipstick Fitness offers a broad range of outdoor Personal Training & Group Fitness Classes that are typically cardio, strength and flexibility focused. They are suitable for all levels of fitness and are always fun and friendly.

Many of our Lipstick Adventures clients enrol in our fitness classes to get them ready for an upcoming trek and many of our Lipstick Fitness clients go on to join our Lipstick Adventures.

Adventure Trek Training

Adventure Training classes are 120 minutes with a 5-minute warm up (including dynamic stretches) and a 10-minute cool down (including static stretches) included in the session.

Outdoor adventure ‘trek’ training prepares clients for Lipstick Adventures (local, national & international).

  • Sessions include bush, sand, rocks and stairs – sometimes in the rain and wind.
  • They are designed to extend your comfort zone and therefore ensure you are emotionally and physically fit for your next adventure.
  • Adventure training clients are required to bring a backpack, 1-2L water, an additional layer, rain jacket, small towel and head torch (for evening sessions)


All clients are graded 1, 2 & 3 with classes modified by the coach to suit their individual fitness levels and health profile.

Circuit program design differs week to week including:

  • High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
  • Tabata
  • Aerobic
  • Weights eg: Dumbbells, Kettle Bells, Stability Board, Weight bar, Battle ropes, Medicine ball, Resistance bands

Level 1: Body Activator

Training program is designed for Low-Moderate Intensity 55-70% Maximum Heart Rate and Low-Moderate Impact.
Focus: Weight loss, Cardio, Strength, Flexibility, Balance.

Level 2: Body Blitz

Training program designed for Mod-Vigorous Intensity 70-85% Maximum Heart Rate
Focus: Cardio, Strength, Flexibility, Balance

Level 3: Max Potential

Training program designed for High intensity75-95% Maximum Heart Rate
Focus: Cardio, Strength, Flexibility, Balance
